Tom Dixon is a self-taught  British designer who was born in Tunisia and has over 35 years’ experience in design. He founded his eponymous design studio in 2002,  at a point where he had established a reputation for creating innovative multifunctional furniture including his ‘Jack’ lamp and iconic ‘S’ chair. Dixon’s multidisciplinary practice has been at the helm of developing interiors, hotels and lifestyle accessories – including tableware, scented candles and stationery that speak to his ethos of fusing practicality with desirability.
