BLOKE was founded by Faith Oluwajimi in 2015 and has since gone on to become the inaugural winner of the Emerge ALARA Award, a Pan-African initiative to identify, nurture and support fashion talent across the continent. Known especially for his experimental and androgynous knitwear and tailoring, fans of his line are drawn to pieces  that sit on the boundary of art and apparel with references as diverse as Dadaism and existentialism.
